*ANIMAL* is an album conceived on the themes of travel and observations, in what we have entitled the 'Human Zoo'. It is a collection of musical snapshots taken from within the extremities of this beguiling yet sometimes perilous playground, as we make our collective journey through it.
It explores an emotional path - perhaps a little less well trodden in popular song culture - into the worlds of plastic surgery, madness, the unrelenting lust for acquisition and power, the unbridled yearning for ever more extreme experiences in foreign and even alien cultures, questions raised about accepted standards of morality, addiction, the inebriated and institutionalised demise of youth...
We interrogate the accepted division between ANIMAL and Human.
